Warranty Policy
All of "The Ultimate Products" now come with a lifetime warranty which includes parts and labor which also includes all previous purchased boards.. The board must be in repairable condition to be considered for the lifetime warranty meaning that it doesn't look like it has been run over by a truck. You must first send an email for a RMA number that will allow us to track your return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA number please do the following:
Place the board in a box.
Make sure to include a letter as to what is wrong with the board.
Include a check for $10 to cover shipping and handling.
Please include a return address inside the box.
Make sure to reference your RMA
number on the outside package.
We will either repair or replace as we see fit.
Return Policy
We have a 10 day no questions asked return policy. If you find that the product doesn't meet your satisfaction, return it to us with all materials. You must first send an email for a RMA number that will allow us to track your return. As long as the board is returned in good working order with its original packing materials, in resellable condition, we will refund your money no questions asked minus shipping cost. Make sure to insure and package the board correctly.
